Payzaaar Refund Policy

At Payzaaar, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all refund requests.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return including:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Intimate or sanitary products
    • Digital products (software, e-books, etc.)

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at support@payzaaar.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  5. Approval: You will receive notification of your refund approval or rejection via email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

3. Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Store Credit: At your request, we can issue refunds as store credit which never expires.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned in used or damaged condition at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only, not direct exchanges.
  • To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  • During promotional periods, exchanges may be subject to current pricing.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@payzaaar.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • In some cases, we may require return of the damaged item before shipping a replacement.

6. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • We recommend declaring the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency minus any currency conversion fees.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
    1. Check your bank account again
    2. Contact your credit card company as processing times vary
    3. Contact your bank as some transactions take time to post
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@payzaaar.com.

8. Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued at the sale price paid.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
